Twisted Career, LLC offers a variety of Products & Services. Please review our Service Agreements for details on "Client" and "Member" obligations for use. All purchases related to coaching, creative writing, and/or memberships must agree to our Service Agreements before services are rendered.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 10 business days from the date we process your completed questionnaire (which requires one full business day) for most writing and editing projects. The required questionnaire is sent automated to send directly after purchase.
Expedited delivery, 3-5 business days, is offered on selected services which can be added at an additional cost during the purchasing process.
Note that orders received on weekends and office-observed holidays will be processed the following full business day.
Twisted Career observes the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (+ Day After Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Holiday list is subject to change with notice.
