I have over a decade of experience (about 15 years),

Aahhhh 😩 I hope I'm not giving away my age! I've partnered with various organizations and implemented effective strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top professionals.


I've worked in corporate, non-profit, and higher education and implemented early identification & diversity programming with various organizations such as: Google, Facebook, Twitter, Airbnb, IBM, Delta, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Bloomberg, eBay, Dell, Hulu, Netflix, Oracle, Microsoft, Disney, Pixar, Warner Media, The Estee' Lauder, UPS, VMware, and many more.


I hold a Bachelor of Science from Tuskegee University and a dual Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Administration (MBA  MHA) from Pfeiffer University and a Graduate Instructional Design Certification from the University of Wisconsin-STOUT and countless certifications & continuing education coursework!
