DIGITAL PRODUCTS
NO REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not issue refunds for digital products. You will have immediate access once the order is confirmed, and the product is sent. All sales are final. No cancellations will be accepted. All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are non-refundable. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving
or downloading our products.

CREATIVE WRITING SERVICES
Creative Services are: Resume Writing/ Edits, Cover Letter Writing/Edits, LinkedIn Creation/Edits, Portfolios, Solution Letters, Negotiation Letters, Introductory Emails, and any marketing writing services rendered by Twisted Career, LLC
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Twisted Career, LLC will work directly with you to attempt to reach a mutually satisfying outcome.
The terms of Agreement for creative writing services require full payment before work is started. A questionnaire is required for all creative writing project requests. Failure to provide the questionnaire or requested supplemental materials within (120 days) of purchase will result in the project's termination and all fees and/or payments will be non-refundable.

PAYMENT PLANS
NO REFUNDS
Twisted Career™ offers our clients payment plans for our creative writing services. We understand that there are clients that prefer to split payments up on a monthly basis in order to take full advance of our resources. Due to the nature of our work and the amount of time and resources it takes to prepare for a new project, we ask that if a payment plan is selected, you are fully aware that there are NO REFUNDS for cancellations either voluntarily/financially due to failed payments.
Payment Plan Orders follow the
standard and
project delivery schedule once the
FINAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Creative Writing Projects are
not delivered
until the project has been
paid in full.
PAY AS YOU GO PLANS
NO REFUNDS
Our Coaching Bundles offers a Pay As You Go option. It offers a way to start a coaching program without the coaching bundle's upfront expense. It enables clients to pay either weekly or monthly, depending on their needs or desired duration. Our Pay As You Go option allows us to keep the momentum going and plan out your coaching experience uninterrupted. There are no refunds for coaching services that have already been rendered or voluntarily/financially cancelled due to failed payments.
LIVE WORKSHOPS, SUMMITS, RETREATS, RESUME REVIEWS & COACHING SERVICES
NO REFUNDS
Coaching services rendered, including consulting, coaching, mentoring, resume reviews, retreats, live workshops, challenges, masterclasses, & summits, are non- refundable. All sales are final. All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIPS
NO REFUNDS
Memberships can be cancelled at any time by either party. All sales are final. All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are non-refundable.
In order for a member to cancel, complete the cancellation form within the membership portal. Emails, DMs, Facebook, and LinkedIn messages are not a form of cancellation. All cancellations must be made within the membership portal. Complete your name and email associated to the membership and click submit. Cancellations are fully automated, which is an immediate process. There is NO GRACE period. Once cancellation has been submitted, access is revoked immediately and all recurring fees are terminated.
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle, may result in the normal scheduled recurring charge. Members shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or partial payments made under this Agreement for failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
Memberships will also immediately terminate upon the death of the Member, the inability of the Member to pay the Fees required, the liquidation, dissolution, or discontinuance of the Organization by the Organization in any manner, or the filing of any petition by or against the Organization under federal or state bankruptcy or insolvency laws.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The products and services available on the Website are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person, or entity, without cause or explanation. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. At any time, we may change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
