Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

Resumes, Cover Letters, and Action Plans follow our standard delivery time-frame.   Standard delivery is 10 business days from the date we process your completed questionnaire (which requires one full business day) for most writing and editing projects. The required questionnaire is sent automatically, directly after purchase.

Project Delivery

Career Portfolios and Promotion Portfolios follow our project delivery time-frame.  Project delivery is 14-21 business days from the date we process your completed questionnaire (which requires one full business day) for most writing and editing projects. The required questionnaire is sent automatically, after purchase.

Expedited Delivery

Expedited delivery is 3-5 business days, and only offered on selected services, which can be added at an additional cost during the purchasing process. Expedited delivery is not offered for Career Portfolios or Promotion Portfolios.

Payment Plan Orders

Twisted Career™ offers our clients payment plans for various our creative writing services.  We understand that there are clients that prefer to split payments up on a monthly basis in order to take full advantage of our resources.   Due to the nature of our work and the amount of time and resources it takes to prepare for a new project, we ask that if a payment plan is selected, you are fully aware that there are NO REFUNDS for cancellations either voluntarily/financially due to failed payments.

Payment Plan Orders follow the standard and/or project delivery schedule once the FINAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  Creative Writing Projects are not delivered until the project has been paid in full.

By placing an order, you are consenting to our standard Refund Policy and Creative Writing Agreement.

Holiday Schedule

Note that orders received on weekends and office-observed holidays will be processed the following full business day.

Twisted Career observes the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Founder's Day (My Birthday 🎉), Thanksgiving (+ Day After Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Holiday list is subject to change with notice. 

By placing an order, you are consenting to our standard Refund Policy and Creative Writing Agreement.

All orders must be redeemed within 120 days of the purchase date. After that time, you will forfeit all monies paid.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it does not align with our guidelines and corporate policy. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund of fees paid.

Holiday Notice: Twisted Career’s staff is a firm believer in self-care. Any Creative Writing orders made after Monday, December 20, 2021 to Friday, December 31, 2021, will not be processed until Monday, January 3, 2022.

If you place an order AND complete your questionnaire during that time, your submission time will start on Monday, January 3, 2022.

Memberships and recurring projects and services will continue to be delivered as scheduled.
